Fighting GAS...

I'm loving my FX25, but reading about other different Envelope Filters (Mutron, Agent 00Funk, and others) has me GASing for another. Especially hearing the HAZ samples posted here - some very cool sounds, and different than what the FX25 does...
I'm fighting it, but I don't know how long I can hold out..

But with cash tight, I think I need to spend some more time playing with the toys I have before forking out for new toys.

Whenever I see a filter for sale that I haven't owned I usually just buy it. Saves all the agonising and stress. Stress can takes years off your life, apparently.

When I get GAS, I look at my credit card statement, my crappy car that needs replacement, my daughter, any number of places that any "spare" money can go.

I think we need to clarify one thing: there is rarely ever a fight against GAS. Usually we fall to the onset of GAS fairly quickly. GAS takes over, and that's that.
