Fix'd Fuzz

Anyone use one of these? Trying to find some writeups or clips (bass) but not having any luck. Considering getting the Twosome from Blackout cause I wan't to have a smooth, more on the subtle side fuzz sound, and a wild and crazy fuzz, and having them both in one box would be great. (I know the Musket is awesome)

I think it gets both meaner AND much nicer than the Musket. Only video I found was on g****r, sadly, but I think it'll give you a general idea.

YouTube Demo

You still get an idea of how clean it gets.

Edit: Found a slew of guitar videos here.

I've used it on bass, as I got my guitar friend to buy it.

It's a fun pedal, although I would have no use for it.

Buy the Twosome if you like the Musket and want a secondary, more experimental fuzz at your disposal. If you don't like it, they go great on the used market.

Digging up an old thread here but... What didn't you like about it? Did it retain lows well? The Twosome is a little spendy.

It's been a while. I can't remember if it retained lows well. It was just a little too experimental for me. All the switches, the gated tone you could get, a bunch of stuff I didn't really want/need.
