Foot Switch for an old Boss ME-6B?

Hey there folks,
Do any of you know if there is a current Boss Foot switch that is comparable for the old Boss ME-B Bass Multiple effects unit. I know that the manual calls for the Boss FS-5U switch, and that there is one available, but will the newer version foot switch work with the old effects?

Yes it'll work. It's the same footswitch they've made for years.
