If you clip your cats' claws you should recognize this,...although I don't think this is the best tool for clipping kitty claws it is perfect for cutting George L's cable cleanly and without crushing it.
I'm guessing that there are all kinds of wire nippers out there that do the same job but I thought I'd share this simple pleasure with TBFX. I don't really recall how much I paid for these but it couldn't have been more than a couple of bucks.
