Just picked up a late 60's Foxx Fuzz Wah... and it is awesome!
I tried it though a Heritage classic with matching fridge and it was AH-mazing so I knew I had to get it. I was looking for a gnarly fuzz/distortion like the B:Assmaster.
So I went back in with my Ric, pedal board, and Streamliner 900 to make sure it sounded good with my rig. The results were disappointing at first. It didn't have the agression, punch, and clarity.
We then ran it through the lopper and it seemed to clean it up (not clean up the distortion, just clean up the out of control parts of the fuzz) and the polarity switch really makes the difference for some reason. Really makes it beefy and aggressive.
Anyway, just had to post it and it is funny how one pedal sounds great with one amp but "meh" on another. And to see how the pedals interact with each other.
