Funny way pedal "wakes up" when powered up -possible issue?

I just got a TC Electronic Vintage Bass Distortion (same thing as T Rex Bass Juice from what I've gathered) and noticed a strange thing about it.
I got it on my board with other pedals, in daisy chain with 3 other pedals, and it does a weird thing when I power the pedal board with my adapter:
It wakes up in the opposite state where I left it. It's like the flip-flop remembers wrong or something lol.
So if I leave the pedal on, and boost switch on, and I unplug the adapter, next time I plug it, pedal will be off and boost off. If I turn either of those off and unplug it, when I power it back, those that were off will be on. All combinations work this way too.

Now I know Boss pedals are always on when you power them (my TR2 is), but I've never seen or heard of pedals that power back in the opposite state.

Possible issue? No biggy? Pedal works fine for now.

I have 2 boss pedals (CEB3 and ODB3) and the ODB does the same thing as you described except mine always powers up in "on". I personally wouldn't worry, it is just a little irritating but no biggie.

Yeah, all Boss pedals power up in "on" mode. Anyone else had a pedal that would power up in the opposite state where you left it?
