Love chorus as an effect and definitely getting into filters.

What I LOVE is having the Dark Driving at the beginning of my chain and the Broke Dick at the end. If iI wanna really push the filters, chorus and delays and get maximum bite out of them I use my DD at the front. But if I want a more subtle and warm tone with those effects I run them into my BD at the end.
...or if I just wanna KILL beyond words I run them both, and add some Grey Stache or Rat King, or both!!

Also put in an order for a GS/OSD combo pedal.
Can't wait. |

I'm almost using it in a synth capacity, super fat with that clipping on top!
Awesome!

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: The Rainshine State | | A question for you members with multiple Fuzzrocious dirt pedals: what order are you running your Fuzzrocious pedals in? I ask because I was just over in the "How many dirt/fuzz pedals do you have on your board?" thread, and noticed a majority of the bass players with multiple dirt pedals on their boards, said that they ran them from lowest amount of gain first in the chain, to highest amount last, i.e. Rusty Box into a Bass Drive into a Rat Tail into a Grey Stache for instance, so that the gain stages would cascade.
I came from the guitar playing world, and always had my fuzz first in line, especially if it was germanium based, as the volume knob on my guitar dramatically impacted the shades of dirt and response. Then I would have a a high or medium gain pedal next in line, then a lower one or a clean boost. Make sense? This is the same approach I took when I started playing more than one dirt pedal with bass. B:assmaster first due to the foot controllable sensitivity, then Grey Stache, then Bass Drive. I realize there is no right or wrong way, and good tone is subjective, but am I missing out on better tones by not running them in the opposite order? My rig is not with me at the moment so I can't try it out for myself firsthand yet. So in the meantime, I'm curious to hear or see what order you put your dirt pedals in, from fuzziest to mildest, especially you all that own multiple Fuzzrocious pedals, say a Rat Tail (or King), a Grey Stache, DD, OSD, BDPG, etc. Thanks for your experience with this and feedback (no pun intended)

DD before every effect though as it does great things with delay and BDPG is amazing for anything going into it.
