My wife came running and claimed she saw a "pedal" in a GC commercial for this weekend for $29. (Isn't she cute!) She claimed it was orange/red in color. Showed her some pics, she said it looked like the Boss DS-1.
Of course, I can't find the commercial and have been watching awful movies on TBS waiting for the commercial to come back.
Any of the U.S. brothers or sisters see it?

VERY transparent and works like a great boost/mild OD. I like it for both guitar and bass. http://www.guitarcenter.com/MXR-CL1-...99-i1524102.gc
I got one Friday and was just coming on here to tell you guys it is GREAT with bass. I was just trying in about 10min ago and it freakin rocking my world. I say grab one if you can!
GC is the only place to get them right now, the info isn't even on MXR web page yet!

| | | | Anyone know if it's going to stay that price, or is this an actual guitar center sale? |

| | | | Hmm. I've been wanting some sort of overdrive for bass. I might have to hop on that despite how close to being completely broke I am. Can anyone else confirm it's usefulness with bass? |

| | | | This one is basically a tubescreamer, the original $30 MXR was a distortion III clone |
