George L's stress caps replacement

Anybody knows what is the cheaper alternative for george L's caps? any ideas? I just don't feel the need to spend 50$ on rubbers :)

That's what she said!! sorry but I would look at the Planet Waves stuff inexpensive and good quality.

I have the caps for looks. you don't need them unless your board gets moved around and jiggled a lot.

Use colored electric or clear scotch tape.
