getting my pedal board together

Sign in to disble this ad
so im starting to put together my board for my dual rig setup ive been getting together as it looks like ive have a more beefy amp sorted soon and need it ready to go when i grab another cab around october when we start gigging again!

im planning on having this signal chain,

from my bass go into my TU-2 then into my crybaby and then into my lehle pedal swticher.

then take the A out of the lehle into my db750 and 610hlf as my clean sound. and from B go into the input on my LS-2, then on loop A put my ehx metal muff, then on loop B put my other two effects firstly my yet to be bought ODB-3 and then my line 6 FM4.

then the out put of the LS-2 goes into my boss loop station then onto the effected amp and more than likely 210 cab.

sound ok or is there anything you guys would do dif?

andy

If you are using the Crybaby as a volume pedal, I recommend (budget perrmitting):

> put 2 pedals after the switcher

> one pedal for overall volume control (over both amps)

> the second pedal for volume control over the effects amp

A second switcher may be needed to do this.

I also use a dual amp rig (one for clean signal and the other for effects). Sometimes (depending on what effect[s] I'm usung) I need to make the effects amp louder than the clean amp. I do this via a BDDI in the effects chain (but, it doesn't afford continuously variable volume like a pedal would)

Have fun putting your rig together. When you're done, maybe you could post a photo on the Pedal Board thread.

wasnt planning on using the crybaby as a volume pedal as its the bass one, i do have it set for a slight boost but not much.
