Looks promising, but how's the bass response? It looks like it's really just 3 positions rather than a continuous sweep? I had wondered what if you put gain and level on a panning pedal? So as gain goes up level goes down to keep a constant overall volume.
The VOD will work with bass just fine. In fact, with the three-band EQ you are guaranteed not to lose the bass response, although we did not try it on a five string with low B....

Yeah, just based on the website's BS about EQ, and their email's parroting of that BS, I would not buy that pedal without a hassle-free return policy. Read -no, really read- what they say about the magical powers of EQ on that web page.
