Give me an example of a song with the tremolo effect on bass. Do you use often the tremolo effect?

Right on Two - Tool
Lost Keys (Blame Hoffman) - Tool

I have yet to use one, mainly because it is on my GAS list. As soon as I get the doh though, I am buying a Shape Shifter by Seymour Duncan.

I want one. But the one I want is the one Justin Chancellor uses. I don't want to be one of those people that buys all his effects ... even though I don't own even 1 thing he uses right now.

I remember answering this same question about a year ago. I remember because the two examples that sprang to mind first were two bands I'm not a fan of:

Train - I Wish You Would

3rd Eye Blind - Semi-Charmed Life
(Break at about 2:44)

Another one that I recently thought of is U2 - Love Is Blindness

Not really bass, but you can play it on bass:

Twin Peaks theme.

kings of leon - my party

both songs have some tremolo at some point, i think he just uses an unmodded boss tremolo... sounds good imo!

+1. I cover that tune and the outro doesn't sound like it is using a tremolo effect. Jeff Ament uses a 12-string bass, perhaps thats what you are hearing?

My question comes because I have seen many of you guys with a tremolo in your pedalboard. I dont know too much songs with the tremolo effect on bass. I think it´s just the GAS.
