It's been an up and down day for effects for me.
On the up note, two pedals arrived today: a new 3Leaf Groove Regulator fresh off Spencer's bench, and a EHX Nano Small Stone that I bought in the TB bazaar. All kinds of spacy funky sounds to play with! I wonder how the Stone would sound in the Regulator's effects loop...
On the down note, my Demeter Compulator has developed some kind of intermittent fault where it won't let any signal through. The LED lights up normally when I turn it on, but sometimes, all I get on the output side is either static, or nothing at all. It fixes itself after I turn it off and on again a few times, but it's happening often enough that I need to get it serviced. I am not the original owner of this pedal, so I hope I don't get charged too much for out of warranty work.
It's the balance of nature, I guess.
