I will do my researh and decide what to do with my rig which consists of a LMK11 and a 104H cabinet along with the newly acquired 102HF cabinet. Sounds great already !!! |

I ended up with the Demeter Compulator, and I'm very happy with it.

I finally was able to try it out last night... This is my first compressor, so I can't really compare to anything else, but it seems to be a very good little pedal.
Compressors are hard to describe how they affect your sound (but Bongomania does an excellent job!), this one is subtle, but it definitely seems to make my tone a bit clearer and punchier. I will get the real test tonight during rehearsal. |

Remember that one decision you want to make is whether you want 'transparent compression' or 'squish'. The Fat Burner is squishy; the MaxCom is transparent.
I personally love SQUISH. I use a not-so-popular pedal - the Boss CS-3 - good squish! You should have it modded for better low end extension, though.

| | | | Boss My Boss compressor/sustainer has worked extremely well for me... It's very soft and subtle. No hard knee here and the gain & enhancer controls really do make up for the 'boxy' sound that you get with extreme compression. I recommend it highly. 3 years and it still works perfectly well.

I am looking for one now ! |

I have one practically brand new, mint, only used several times. I don't know if this is appropriate to do here, but mine is for sale. Paid $90, it goes for $60. |
