A good EQ pedal

I wondering what is a good EQ pedal aside, from the one from Boss? Other question does anyone think running a Sansamp Bass Driver DI and a EQ is a bit much when running it though a combo anp?

Am considering selling mine as I've gone back to tubes

Another option is a modded Boss. I picked up a GEB-7 on the cheap, then sent it off to Humphrey Audio Mods (free plug), and got back a much, much, MUCH better pedal. He gets rid of the hiss, the power sag, adds headroom, and eliminates the tone suck. If you can get a cheap GEB-7 (here or eBay) it's worth looking into.

The Boss GEB-7 w/ CMATMODS that I owned was silent and perfect. Well worth the low, used price + the mod!
