Go for a Boss BF2 or BF3. They go for cheap used and sound great on bass!

+1, you can get so many sounds out of this pedal.

Admittedly this pedal comes right before the BF-2 in my chain. The FX-75B can get anything from a mean flange to a robot spaceship sound whereas the BF-2 does more of a chorusy subtle flange to a warbley sound.

The DOD FX72B is another good option. In Walbassplayer's big pedalboard demo video on TB (also on YouTube under TOOLBassPlayer), you can see that flanger in action.

EDIT: Click HERE for that thread with his video.

There's also the Digitech Turbo Flange to consider, too...

...and who could forget the EHX Electric Mistress - the prize of Pink Floyd (on guitar, anyway)! If size isn't an issue, look into that one. They're also releasing a simpler, compact stereo reissue of it, too (check out the recent EHX pedal threads to see what I mean).

You mean the FX72B? Or the FX75?

Or the Turbo Flange? Or the Mistress?

Or the BF-2? BF-3?

Agh! Too many choices!

But you said "DITTTO x 1,000,000,000,000,000,000.000,000,000,000...." to the sugestion of the FX75?

I've always had a problem with this, what makes a bass flanger a bass flanger anyway, the FX 75 adds lowend if anything yet it isn't a bass flange

I personally think it is just marketing
