Good rackmount Multi effects?

So, what is a good inexpensive, rack mount multi effects unit?

I was looking at the PODxt, but then saw the price...A bit out of my range. I then was looking at the Bass V-amp, But it was too confusing.

So, what rackmount multi unit is fairly easy to use, but of somewhat good quality? the main effects I am looking for are: Delay, phaser, chorus, noise gate, and some synthy ones. If the unit is footswitchable, the better.

Being that price is a main concern, I don't there is such a beast, IMO. Affordable multi-effects (to me) are never a good deal.
