Got my Valcoder!

I got my used Catalinbread Valcoder tremolo pedal a couple of days ago.

First of all, it's super cute and just fun to look at.
Can't believe they packed everything into such small of a casing.

Sound is awesome. I love tremolo on guitar and it really works for bass too. It serves to be used kind of like a delay but it's more distint and very fun. Playing it for a while, I've already got some spots on my bands songs that it will work perfectly.

The pulsating LED is perfect. It marks the tempo and the higher the Depth knob, the brighter it glows. I think all delay pedals should incorporate this feature. I would looooove to have this in my Carbon Copy.

At first I noticed a little volume drop when engaging the pedal, but when i opened it, found a trimpot and after adjusting it, now the volume is set to just a tad louder when the tremolo is on (so it cuts thorugh better in the mix).

Don't have gear to record any soundclips, SORRY.
But here's a pic...

Enjoy! I love my Valcoder and I also had to adjust the internal trim pot.
