Been playing this for little bit now and I am totally impressed!!
I have never played a real "distortion" pedal with bass that sounded good before. Ryan hit another home run with this I must say!! I love it already!
Lots of great tones to be had, that's for sure. All 3 modes sound killer! I think I already found my signature distortion setting, so yeah...I'm totally ganked!!
Running thru my X-Blender with a little bit of clean blended in and I got Rage Against the Machine all day!
I'm impressed with how much bottom end presence is retained no matter how you tweak it. Even if you dial it over the top extreme, with just a touch of clean it instantly sounds amazing!!
I can tell this will cut thru a band mix no problem as well.
Well I only have about 1/2 hour on this, and I still have a bit of a learning curve on this but, I know it's a keeper and my search for distortion is over!
Thanks Ryan for that!!

Dang, and I thought this thread would be about role-playing mail-order prostitutes. I had the cheddar ready and everything...

I've been considering a Rat project for a very long time, and I've just never gotten around to it, so I'm glad that Ryan has tackled it in such epic fashion.

Tonebender, hmmm.....

Vegas/Thom has been putting the tonebender bug in my ear weekly... Who knows when I'll ever have time to get on THAT! Yikes!

I'm super happy that Jimmy did that BJFE Honey Bee clone. I ordered parts to build one for myself and mod it for bass...I really want to compare it to the low gain settings on my rat tail since they are similar in layout!

I'd be very interested in a BabyBender as a gift for my dad...

Which has some strange Freudian connotations, if you think about it?
