Got a vintage DOD guitar pedal!

Sign in to disble this ad
I was at a pawnshop yesterday just looking for cool stuff when I found a beat up yellow effects pedal that said DOD FX50B. I tried it out and it sounded pretty good but had a hard time switching between clean and distorted but I got it anyway, it was only $20. I put a new battery and now it sounds awesome and I adjusted the pedal so it clicks over better. It turns out that it was made in 1987 and it is a guitar overdrive but my bass turns it into a fuzz box, perfect for Doom/stoner rock. Anyone else use a guitar pedal for their bass?
