Got Zoom, Need Help

OK, I'm ready to get hammered on this, but I have a Zoom B1 effects box and can't figure it out. I don't consider myself stupid (well, not completely), but this thing has got me stumped. Any help would be appreciated!

1. No I didn't have the manual, but my friend said it was sooooo easy.....It wasn't!
2. With the manual (which you so kindly provided), I am suddenly getting the hang of it!

There are a couple of Zoom cheat sheets posted here as well that will help you get thru the effects and parameters.

The B2u is a higher end product with extra parameters. Creating something similar for the B1(x) shouldn't be an issue.
