Great customer service experience w/ Humphrey Audio Mods!

I thought I owed it to Mark at Humphrey Audio Mods. I had bought a guitar modded Bad Monkey off Ebay thinking it was the bass version. I emailed Mark to see how much it would cost to convert it and he said he would do it for free if I paid for shipping both ways. I took him up on his generous offer and he had the thing converted and back to me within an number of days, NO CHARGE! The newly converted Badder Bass Monkey sounds fantastic and I thought I needed to share this great customer service experience. By the way, the unit sounded great for guitar before he converted it and I may end up ordering the modded guitar version from Mark in the future.

Wow, that's dumb.

I did exactly the same thing.

And Mark came through the same way.

Well, that is really great to hear. I bought a Badder Bass Monkey, and love it, but it's another thing to hear that Mark is such a nice guy.

Just don't ask him any technical questions though.
