The Great NYC Synth/Experimental Pedal Hang!

Sign in to disble this ad
so, there are a few of us here in NYC who make weird synthy sounds with pedals, and i think it is about time we all get together with our pedal boards and drink some beers and check out some different stuff!

i will try to host it at my studio, schedule permitting.

who is down?

yup, south williamsburg. easily accessible by the G, J/M/Z, and L train. driving and parking isn't bad, either.

Count me in, although I don't have too many bass specific pedals.

This thread make me sad for the following reasons:
•I wish I lived in the US
•I love NYC
•I would love to be at this meet-up
•I would like to see john's studio

would it be too much to ask to do it around memorial day when I will be in nyc? I can bring whatever I have that no one else does.

I will be out there may 20-25

Just not during the actual holiday weekend. Those that live IN town actually want to get OUT during the same time.

This.

And kevtop, that's a bummer for me too! Where did you live in Jersey? I've played in New Brunswick a couple of times. Amazing both shows, but a weird town.

rottenramone, maybe this can go down while you are in town, we'll see.

i'll try to iron out the details... i'll try to pick a weeknight, if possible, so that there are hopefully no gig conflicts...

i'm gonna look at the calendar and try to figure out a time/date.

Sounds like a lot of fun. Too bad you guys are on the wrong side of the country.

But if this goes down, at the very least you guys should have some cool clips to share.
