GT6-B and Effects Volume

Hello to all I'm Vicky an italian bass player, I have a GT6B and I'd like to know how to set the jacks between BASS-AMP (ampeg SVT-5)-GT6B-External Volume Pedal to have the control on the Pedalboard only of the effects volume and to have the control of the general volume on the external volume pedal.
I've tried many combinations with the send and receive jacks on the amp but I can't do this. Is it possible?

can't you assign the on-board expression pedal to volume? or if you're using it for something else, you could just go:

Bass->GT-6B->External volume->Amp.

EDIT: sorry, I completely misread your post! yeah, look at getting a blender, cheapbasslovin got it right.

You could a Morley FX blender to your chain. It won't be a separate volume but it will allow you to blend.

Or you could get A Boss LS-2. If you put your GT-6B in one loop and your volume pedal in the other loop that would do what you need.

I don't know if you can do what you seek within the parameters of your multi alone.

The more I look at it I think the LS-2 (or equivalent) is the solution for you.
