I dont know, those things are sell for like 10 dollars at walmart, and it does not work. And the seller calls it vintage analouge...
Seller has 743 feedback, are they trying to pull a fast one?

I just liked how rediculous it was

No, the SAD-1 cannot be found at Walmart at any price, it is an old, yes "vintage" analog pedal. The SAD-3 is the current edition, with a different set of components.

At $5.50 presently, if it really is just a power supply issue then someone with basic electronics know-how can pick up a nice sounding and fun project worth fixing. There's no ridiculousness or hilariousness there at all.

They're both listed as alternate forms of ridiculous and hilarious at dictionary.com. I would think that hilarity would be the more common noun form of hilarious, however. Even more strange, the world ridiculosity is listed as a synonym of ridiculousness.

BTW, both ridiculousness and hilariousness pass the spell-checker in Firefox. Ridiculosity does not.

Heck, it costs that much just to buy your own pedal housing. Not a bad deal, even if you gutted it and put a whole new pedal in there.

I agree that it's funny how somebody gets some old junk that most people would throw in the bin - calls it "vintage", puts it on eBay and then it's worth a thread on TB!!!

This is why garage sales are so popular. "One man's $h!t is another man's treasure."
