Hartke VXL Bass Attack Pedal questions

Hi guys,

I am considering buying a preamp/DI pedal for the first time and my primary option is Hartke VXL Bass Attack.

I already read the PDF manual but I still have some questions before buying and I hope you can enlighten me :

* What are the specific frequencies that the bass, treble, and brite knobs adjust?

* How much dB is the max cut/boost bass, treble, and brite knobs?

* When I engage the Shape circuit, does it bypass the always-on EQ (bass and treble controls) and set the EQ to its "preset shape"?
