Has anyone used a TC Electronic M350 for bass?

I know it's not designed specifically as a bass processor, but I'm wondering if it is viable as such. I'm looking for something to add a hint of color to my tone, and it looks like the M350 has a few different reverbs as well as a few toys like a phaser, tremolo, delay, etc...

I'm primarily interested in the reverb, but the fact that it has other effects has me interested. I'm just theorizing that the chorus isn't designed for bass, but the other effects could be useful. Also, it's rack mountable, so that would make it easy to fit into my rig. It looks like the UI is pretty user friendly, knobs instead of buttons and LCD screens, and the fact that it can hold user presets could make it super convenient for use on the fly.

I'm curious if anyone has used, or currently uses, this processor. If so, could you give me an idea as to how it sounds with a bass, how it (or if it) alters the tone (other than the obvious "duh, it adds reverb" responses), if it distorts when pushed, and finally what the overall reliability is?

If it makes any difference, I'm currently using the following:
EBMM Stingray 5
Fender Jazz fretless
Peavey T-Max head
Peavey 4x10 cab

Thanks.
