Has the Q-Tron+ been discontinued?

I checked the Electro-Harmonix website. The only pedals in the "envelope" section are the Dr. Q, the Nano Bassballs, the Q-Tron and the Mini Q-Tron. The Q-Tron+ isn't there anymore. Not in trapezoid or XO form.

I saw that as well on the EHX website, although they are still selling the QTron + on various websites...and not at a discount either. Maybe they are consolidating?

shame...i kinda like effects that capture vintage vibe while offering more versatility than the original effect could give

You almost make it sound as if you've even tried a Q Tron!

It's because the new Q-Tron has such an awesome paintjob no one was going to buy the +.
I mean, Orange instead of Green? No contest.

Actually, the appeal of the Q-Tron + is the fact that it had an effects loop and a response switch. It's like the Lovetone Meatball, but without its rarity and cost.

Don't hold your breath, guys - they'd never dare get rid of a signature item like that.

The EHX website has been undergoing a lot of bizarre changes. I've seen plenty of odd glitches in the past week or so since the site came up.

Wait a month or two before you start panicking.

Guess the site was just in the middle of being updated.

Well, I guess I can still have dreams about owning an envelope filter with an effects loop...I heard putting a fuzz in there would make it sound cool...

I'd like to hear a sample of a Q Tron with a distortion/fuzz in its effects loop. Any soundclips from anyone?
