Have you had this problem with your AKAI Deep Impact

When I power it up the display appears normal for a few seconds and then, on its own, it starts scrolling downward through the program numbers with nothing plugged into the Down Program jack.

I can turn on whatever preset happens to be momentarily displayed, but then can't edit the preset.

I'm using an AKAI power supply that measures correctly for 9 volts.
