Does anyone know of any modifications that could be made to the Akai Headrush to allow for expression control?

what would you like to modify?
you can add an expression pedal jack to replace any of the pots if you want

here is an article on how to do it (really easy)

I tried the ideas given in the link above before...it doesn't usually work on pots that don't go to ground.
the headrush board is not an easy board to work with. it's all digi and has surface mount parts...not fun!

What do you want to control? If it's delay time then, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but it doesn't sweep smoothly. Try turning the knob while a loop is playing back and it will glitch, sometimes so bad that the entire loop disappears.

Level and feedback might be controllable.

then that would be tough!

maybe a 3rd hand would be the solution?

Convieniently enough, I want to control feedback. I know in Tape echo mode sweeping time does some mild warping, which would be a plus to control as well.

I use two Headrushes, and would like to control feedback on one, and time on the other.
