| Help with Berhinger V-Amp and effect loop

Hi guys. My question is simple :
is there a way I can't plug my Berhinger V-Amp into my amp's effect loop? And not directly in the instrument input? My amp is an Hashdown 300H and has a standard effect loop circuit.
