Help with effect ID

I was at a show NYE and the bass player had incredible tone. I tried to get a look at his effects and couldn't recognize on of them. It was red with 8 red knobs and four or five switches. It had an LED that was always on and changed colors.

I'm pretty new to the effects game so I don't have the widest knowledge. Any help?

There are at least half a dozen red pedals with loads of knobs and switches, but none of them have red knobs (stock). Maybe he swapped some new knobs on?

Just a local band called Furrows.

I just realized I didn't mention that it did not have a footswitch as far as I could see. There wasn't much room left on the top of the unit with all of the knobs and switches.

Could you give me the name of a few of those pedals you mentioned? I could look them up and maybe find a match.

I also recognize that this could be a DIY job and this would all be for naught, but it looked really professional so I doubt it.
