help with effects pedal please:P

well im quite new to bass (started a couple months ago) and i have a fender squire vintage modified p bass and i would quite like to buy an effects pedal or something to add some more options and some new stuff i can play around with haha:P i have a orange 50watt crush amp and i was just wondering what a good effects pedal or something i could buy is, i have about £30 to spend on one so any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated thanks

p.s i would like it to have distortion that would be a bonus haha

Not sure the exact currency conversion, but Boss distortion sells for about $40.

I'm assuming from the £ reference that you are in the UK? Try Basschat.co.uk... there is a classifieds section on which there are several very good deals

You might want to start off with a multi-effects unit to get a taste of the effects you like / want.

Oh, just in case anybody in the US wants to lend some assitance here and can't be bothered to find a decent currency conversion site, £30 works out and just under $50 US
