LOWER YOUR VOICE

Your shouting seems to have frightened everyone away.
On topic, I've had good results w/a Daddy-O and/or Bad Monkey, for adding a slight boost.

If you can't say something nice, go to Harmony Central.

Okay, this was rediculously hard to read... The caps lock button is a privlage, not a right. Also... there, their, they're... I've taken the liberty of wading through this and editing it for readability... The first time's free, I'll charge thereafter.

I'm runing an Ampeg SVT 4-Pro through an Ampeg 810E. Right now I am using a BBE Sonic Maximizer, and my primary bass is an '05 Fender American Jazz. I'm fine with the sound that I am getting right now, but it feels like something is missing. I'm looking for a tone similar to that of The Haunted's new album. I saw them a few months back and noticed that their bassist was using the same cab that I have, but I am not sure of his amp. He was also using two effects pedals, but I couldn't discern what they were. Here is a link with an idea of what I am looking for. I'd appreciate anyone's opinion on what would get me close to this tone, or any information on this bassist's signal chain.

Thanks again!
TBH that sounds like good old overdriven bass (when I could differentiate it from the guitars) as you would find from an all-tube amp. You might get close with a Tech 21 VT Bass.
