 HELP HOOKING UP MY NEW RIG!!!

I just recently bought a few new things and i need help hooking it all up together. I bought a Rocktron 300 rackmount Compressor / Limiter / Hush II noise gate, a rackmountable Sonic Maximizer, as well as a Sansamp DI pedal. I use a Ampeg B4R head so i just need to know if I should run all the rack gear through my effects loop(if so in what order), straight through my input, or a little bit of both???...Please any help would be much appreciated.
