Help identifying an effect

Hey guys there is a song by the Lostprophets that i love, and their bassist plays with an effect(at least i think so) in it that i absolutely love i searched around for what he used and i couldn't find anything so i was wondering if you guys in effects could help me out the song is located here

ok IMO, and some people agree and some dont agree, but to get that sound with out the SVT you should get the bad monkey. i have it to get that tokyo police club sound
