Help identifying synth effect

Does anyone know what synth effect is being used in this song? I love it to bits but have no idea how to get that sound.

It's a bass line played with a synth. You could get a similar sound with an envelop filter w/ Q set low.

i think u can get close to that sound with the analog filter by setting the sweep not too high.from the clip,i think its a vintage bass synth (not sure) but u can juz use envelope filter to get that sound,IMO.
