Help me cop this vibrato-ish sound

I know that there is no effect on here but i don't have a stand up bass. We've been playing this for a while now and I get annoyed that i can't get the wobbly sound down. Anyone have any advise as how to get close. A vibrato pedal? Maybe something else?

I'd be more concerned about how to get that held bass synth note on the root. Sounds more like a detuned unison on that last note more than a vibrato. Maybe kick in some thick chorus on the last note? That'd be a lot of work manually toggling an effect for just that one note... over and over throughout the song.
