Is the wah wah from Los Natas's bassist.

I can't say what it is, but don't forget it could also be a volume pedal or an expression pedal.

I saw another photo at a better angle on flickr and it appears to be a regular old Crybaby.

mmm maybe, but i'm not sure. The top of the pedal isn't from a cry baby i think.
it's more angled, more wide in the top and thinner in the back
