Help pleeeease!

I'm starting a band with a couple friends of mine that will consist of bass, synth, drums, and vocals. Kinda a dance rock type thing. Anyways, I want to use some effect pedals here and there and thought a pedal that puts me a octave higher would be cool((like using piccolo strings, but...not)). Does such a thing exist?

Thanks, that price is kinda ouch right now, but you get what you pay for and that looks like its just what I need. Still open to any cheaper suggestions, but...the POG is looking hot.
