help rewiring my 'tuner out' of a loopmaster

Sign in to disble this ad
I currently have this 2-Loop Effect Switcher w/Tuner Out and was wondering how hard it would be to convert the tuner out to a third loop?

http://www.loop-master.com/product_i...products_id=60

How difficult would it be to change the tuner out to a third loop? I'm okay with a soldering iron but don't want to screw things up. And being on Guam if I send it back for a mod it will take me a few weeks and I need to gig with it again next weekend.

I can take some inside pics if anyone thinks this may be a minor mod of a few wires, or if this is more than I should take on please let me know

thanks - Andy

Well first of all, a loop requires two jacks. The Tuner Out offers only one jack.

Secondly, you probably want another footswitch for that loop, eh?

the tuner out footswitch is there, but now that you mentioned it I don't want to have to add another jack for an out/in for this loop. I'll just get a looper with more loops, I see now this project is too much work for me.

Wouldn't a stereo jack work?

Just guessing....

Have you opened it yet? He hot glues EVERYTHING in there making it utterly a nightmare to rewire his work.
