Help set the order of my pedals *PIC*

Ok so obviously the tuner goes first, but what about the rest? Mainly the multicomp, sonic stomp and MXR Pre. Im thinking MXR -> Sonic Stomp -> MultiComp. Or should the MultiComp go before the Sonic Stomp? And the chorus.. first middle or last? You get the idea.. give me your expert opinions!

Try everything, see what sounds best to you. Me, I'd put the comp first, and the Sonic Stomp last.

I don't use the distortion on the MXR, just the preamp part for my passive basses.

in the book the sonic stomp states it should be the LAST thing, no matter what, so theres one. id start with the tuner, then MXR DI, then bass chorus, then comp then sonic stomp

I'd start here and play around with it until you're happy with the results.

On that note, be glad you have only the five pedals to struggle through. I'm working on placement of 14 of them right now and starting to get annoyed...."This in front of that" sounds great until you put "This in front of that followed by the other" and all of a sudden it sounds like molasses freezing in an Arkansas pig farm....

Well, considering that two months ago I had none and now I've got fourteen of them, give me until summer and I'm sure I'll know how you feel.
