help with symetrix 421m

hi all
ive read reviews and thre seems to be an abundancy of info on the symetrix 501 compressor, but nothing on the newer 421m. i picked one of these up for free actually and it seems to work fine. im just curious about other people's experiences with it and especially recommended settings. any help is greatly appreciated
