Shooe, I almost hit that myself, to heck with Mark. The only things stopping me: technically I'm broke and in deep debt; the seller's feedback and the condition of the unit are not the awesomest; and -surprisingly- there are a bunch of these being sold lately, three right now and four in the recent completed auctions, which makes me willing to wait until I have more liquid $$. OTOH the Buy It Now is a little less than the selling price of all four recently completed auctions, so it's fair.

yeah baby i got it on watch. there are 3 total FS on ebay right now (like bongo said) and i'm watching all. You better believe ones coming home to papa baby. Don't worry there'll be plenty of clips. I just hope it tracks well below an A.

I'm gonna try and get the one that's at $350 right now with 1 day left. My strategy is that I can get that cheapest cause after that the dude who has lots of cash will get the buy it now and then all the others that bid and missed will go for the 3rd one.

good idea or should i just buy it now?

thanks for the thread man, i feel famous.....for an FX nerd

yeah i do need more pedals. at one point i had a Pedaltrain Pro board full, but i found i wasn't using a lot of them. now i just keep what i use, hence the smaller board. plus i'm not in a noise band so i have no need for lots of crazy pedals.

search these - mutron, mu tron, mu-tron, and musitronics. you get some rollover, but you get some newer ones too with each one.

I GOT ONE!!!! Yep, to the tune of $660. Not bad considering I've seen them go from $500 - 900 lately.

It should be here by the weekend hopefully, Don't worry, I'll post a huge review and clips and stuff. If you guys have anything specific you wanna hear, let me know.

back around 1996 I bought one for $100 and sold it for the same amount.

Somebody really needs to do a clone of this pedal.

Thank the lord...do you have a Micro POG to compare it with or will you mention that in the review cause that's an octaver in my price range, I'm also looking at the Foxrox Octron.

God, I can't even tell you how many analog synths I sold for a pittance back in the early 90's.

i have neither (sold the Octron). So it will just be Octave Divider clips. Also I don't have my Mutron, it's off at L sound getting re-calibrated and true bypass modded and the such, so that won't be in the clips either.

Yeah, I think I'ma go do that quick.

EDIT: Listening to Grygrx's clips makes it sound mega distorted...Is that my over trebly speakers or does that thing really create that much distortion?

You speakers and a bit of his soundcard I'd guess the octron is clean

Okay, I think I'm sold on that one. Do you think I should just get an Octron I or II?
