The one on the left looks like it's labled Synth. Left sitch looks like it's labled "Down/PS1," middle switch looks is "True Bypass," and right switch is "Up/PS2."
The pedal in the upper left-hand corner looks like it's labled "Compressor."
Middle one is labled Chorus/Flanger. Left switch is labled "Boost," center "True Bypass" and I couldn't read/enlarge anything else without losing too much resolution.
Looks like Markbass is releasing a line of bass effects pedals!!
Damn free software!

Delay of some sort maybe?
I think the top middle is an octave. I believe the three top knobs say, 'oct1', 'oct2', and 'dry'.
Both are taking a little leap of faith, but I think I'm right.
