HOG Expression Pedal

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys,

I just got a pretty good deal on a EHX HOG, but it doesn't include the expression pedal and I can't seem to find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find one or are there other expression pedals that are compatible?

Thanks

There's no HOG-specific expression pedal - I think they ship with M-audio ones like this:

But the Moog EP-2 works as well.

They're pretty standard. They come with the cheap M-Audio expression pedals. I'm not sure which other ones would work, but the M-Audio isn't horrible... just sorta cheap.

When I had a HOG, I used a Moog EP-2 with it, and it worked beautifully.

+ 1 get a moog (or the roland)

ive owned 2 of the m-audio ones (and i like m-audio hardware for other things) and they are cheap crap and will definitely break if you weight anything and use it semi-frequently.

id advise you avoid the cheap one. you might get what you pay for it, or you may break it in a week (no joke).
