Horrible day for curing GAS

Sign in to disble this ad
First.... I lost out on a Frazz Dazzler that was up for grabs here on the TB forums.

THEN... I barely missed out on a Brown Dog. Again, here on TB.

AND FINALLY.... I lost the eBay auction for another Brown Dog that sold for $135.

OH the horror!

I just needed to let it all out.
Any kind words of condolence will help.
Thank you for bearing with me.

Ouch. I know how that goes. Just keep looking for more deals out there, you're sure to land one. If not, you could always just get a new one.

I was watching one, but missed out too.

Then I got really acute GAS yesterday and ordered MXR BlowTorch. Never actually heard it, just ordered. Bad, bad GAS.

I hope the pedal is any good

Sorry to depress, but my gf and I are waiting for our Polish Loves as we speak. Mephistos maybe next! That guy's work is to die for.

Nice! I was going to nab that one if someone else didn't. Tell me how you like it compared to your other fuzzes.

Sadly, I have none. I've tried a few, but I have owned very few of the effects I have tried/want due to the fact that my father believes that no bass player could ever need any pedals.

Thankfully, I will be set loose on my college account/first job money in September. The CC was a birthday present, for now.

I missed out on an awesome bass I'd been searching for - it had a starting bid of 99p ($1.62), no reserve, and NOBODY bid on it. I was going to leave it until the last minute to bid, then forgot! I'm not going to say what it was in case it gets relisted and I get the chance to get it for 99p again!

Step 1: set up a couple of 'saved searches' in eBay so you get an email immediately anytime a Frazz Dazzler or Brown Dog show up. Then don't get into bidding wars. Either buy it now or put a fairly high bid and let eBay proxy bid for you.

Then snipe it before the other jerk does.

Parents can be so stifling sometimes. My father looks at my pedalboard and says TOYS! with a big grin. But then again he's always been interested in music.
