| Hot Tubes driving my amp?

I know there is a lot of stuff on here about pedals driving power amps, but i need help. I read a ton of threads, but still dont feel comfortable trying this till i have advice.
I have a Hot Tube (just got it today), and want to know if i can plug it into the Return on my Rumble 210(the 100 watt combo).
I ask this cause i read somewhere that someone used an English Muff'n this way.
