i recently got my hands on a vintage 80s mxr distortion + i love it to death, the sound i get is amazing, BUT, i want to know how to cope with low end loss, i tried just boosting the bass on my amp but that just makes me lose the gritt, should i get a bass booster (the mole is in mind) or should i just get over it? thanks for the help

If that's over your head, ask your local amp tech if he/she can do it for ya. |

The bass has more energy (larger voltage swings) and will distort before the high end.

Unfortunately, none of them work.
