I'm not usually that harsh, the joke just kind of wrote itself, I used a guitarist friend's cs-3 and it was horrendous on bass, pretty decent on guitar, so I imagine with a bass friendly mod it would be pretty decent, like bongo's review says

Also the CS-3 is very easy to "abuse", as in there is only a very small range of the Sustain knob that will produce good results, with the rest being pretty awful.
